Chester Commons gets new tenant |
| Marketing firm TBG World Inc. has signed a five-year lease for the first floor of the Chester Commons Building, 1120 Chester Ave. TBG is a subsidiary of TBG International, based in Toronto. TENANTreps.net Corporate Real Estate Advisors of Cleveland represented TBG, which has opened eight U.S. offices in the last three years. Clients include Green Mountain Energy Co., Sunoco, Talk America and AT&T. |
